Playtime gives your cat a chance to display and hone her

You’re relaxing on the couch after doing some work in the garden. Suddenly your cat darts across the room in front of you and hides behind the curtains. You get up, sneak over to the curtain and peek at your cat. Whoosh! Now she’s off behind the couch, peering out at you. Congratulations! You’re engaged in one of your cat’s favorite activities — playing chase with you.


Be sure to put your cat’s toys away when playtime is over. Otherwise, your cat can quickly become bored with items that are always accessible.
